Bute School of Art is set in the stunning surroundings of Ballianlay, overlooking St. Ninian’s Bay on the beautiful Isle of Bute. It is an oasis of calm and tranquility inspiring the creative spirit and provides a wonderful escape from the routine of daily life.

 

The art classes are taught by Ruth Slater BA (hons) PGCE, from her custom built studio and gallery, Sealladh Breagha Studios

(translated as beautiful view from the Gaelic).

 

Classes have a maximum of eight students ensuring personal attention and comfort in the studio and refreshments are provided whilst on the course.
