Please do read these carefully as being a very small company we stick to these booking conditions rigidly, they are not just 'small print'

BOOKING TERMS

Unless you have paid outright via the website, places are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit, with the balance due 2 weeks before the course start date. The deposit and balance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time and should we need to cancel a course for any reason you will of course receive a full refund of your course fee, we will not be responsible for any advance costs you may have incurred e.g. travel or accommodation. We also reserve the right to substitute the tutor with no notice should illness make this a necessity.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, (except Amex) If you wish to pay direct to our bank the details are as follows, please ensure you reference the payment with your surname.

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your course fee in the event that you cannot make your course. For example weather, illness, family bereavement if travelling from off the island.

ACCESS

Unfortunately due to the studio location it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Refreshments

We provide a light buffet style lunch for a day workshop (10-4), please note that we are unable to cater for any specific dietary needs such as Gluten or Dairy intolerances.

Tea, Coffee and water are readily available at each break. Should you need a special diet we would encourage you to bring your own packed lunch in a sealed container which we will happily keep in the fridge for you until lunch time, we do have facilities for students to warm up lunches.

WHAT THE COURSE INCLUDES

Courses do not include materials you need for the lessons unless stated in the individual course outline. A loan of appropriate studio equipment; reference books, viewfinders, colour wheels, aprons etc. is provided.

Depending on the course you may also be given a set of hand-outs to refer to in your studio.

Course fees do not include accommodation or transfers to / from the School
